Here in the UK and Ireland, we have a responsibility to make a positive contribution, using our business strengths and relationships to benefit those around us. We create useful projects to meet the needs of communities and people when they need it most.
We're proud to support the following programmes:
Look Good, Feel Better
L’Oréal is proud to be a founding member of Look Good Feel Better, the only worldwide cancer support charity, providing free, practical support to help women, men and young adults combat the visible side-effects of their cancer treatment.
The charity run free confidence boosting skincare and make-up workshops and masterclasses across the UK for women undergoing treatment for any type of cancer.
L’Oréal UK and Ireland donate products for the beauty bags and our employees volunteer at the workshops.

Employee Fundraising and Volunteering
L’Oréal people are passionate about playing an active part in the community and giving back.
That’s why we give all L’Oréal staff an extra day’s leave each year to volunteer for a community cause that’s important to them. We also run a matched fundraising scheme for UK and Ireland registered charities.
